Occassionally I have to divert my attention from what the "SeriouslyStupid" in Hollywood do to what the "SeriouslyStupid" in Washington, DC do...namely in the White House and Congress.

"Cash for Clunkers" was broke 6 days after it began. Now $2 billion more is being requested from Congress to keep the program afloat.
